Picture a storyboard: dense slides full of bullet points, scripted narration, and a clear instructional goal — but no life in it yet. My job is to take that and turn it into something a young entrepreneur, or the advisor supporting them, would actually want to click through.
At Youth Business International's EYE Academy, that's exactly what I do. I've built SCORM-compliant, interactive eLearning modules, primarily in Articulate Rise for core content, and Articulate Storyline for assessments and more complex interactions, translating SME storyboards to learner-centred experiences. The audience spans youth entrepreneurs and the Enterprise Support Organisations (ESOs) that work alongside them, across 50+ countries.
Beyond the core modules, I produce the multimedia layer that makes content stick: explainer videos and animated sequences in Vyond and fillable documents. Every asset is built to meet accessibility standards and stay true to YBI's brand guidelines, even as it adapts across very different cultural contexts and learner needs.
Working alongside SMEs and programme teams throughout the design lifecycle, the goal is always the same: take a storyboard from "here's what we need to teach" to "here's something people will actually finish and remember.
