Results:

Converted 2-day training to a 6-week learning path.
30+ participants with an NPS averaging 9. The structure of the program was very effective and it has been the preferred mode of training till today. We were able to reach more learners beyond Kenya and carry out the training more often than we did with the face-to-face training.
