I partnered with a variety of subject matter experts to craft a transformative 6-month program, sponsored by CRDB Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), aimed at empowering 100 women within the organization to unleash their leadership potential.

This was more than just a training program, it was a movement, blending structured learning and self-discovery to help women step into their power and leadership roles.

Results:

• 100 participants, with an NPS of 82%, averaging 9 at the close of the program.
