Suddenly, I was neck-deep in Zoom rooms, LMS dashboards, and curriculum maps—crafting blended learning magic and transforming dry data into real-world “aha!” moments.
Since then, I’ve been on a mission, part researcher, part learning architect, part operational ninja, designing programs that stick, managing projects that scale, and using tools like psychometric data to make learning smarter, sharper, and more human.
